Hey all. I'm sure you might be like me when you hear Reba has shared some of her recipes with her fans. You want to try one. Well here is your chance to try one of her recipes. If you have any other Reba recipes feel free to post them here or tell us what you think about them.

REBA McENTIRE'S MEXICAN CORNBREAD
CASSEROLE
[size=18]1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar mild Mexican pasteurized process cheese spread
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
Brown meat; drain. Add onions; cook until tender. Stir in process cheese spread until melted. Spoon into four (12 ounce) casseroles. Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package. Add remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Spoon over meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Also here is another Reba recipe.


This recipe is for Reba McEntire's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole serves/makes 6
Ready in: 30-60 minutes
Difficulty: 3 (1=easiest :: hardest=5)
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
***Topping***
1/4 cup margarine, melted
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Mash potatoes; add salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, melted margarine and eggs. Put into greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

I have had both of these meals and I love them You have got to try them. My favorite one is the first one.

I'm sure you will enjoy them. The first one is my favorite. That Reba recipe is the only one with green peppers that I will eat. The second one tastes a lot like a dessert. I don't really like sweet potatoes, but i enjoyed having this meal.

they are good. i'm going to try to have my mom make REBA McENTIRE'S MEXICAN CORNBREAD
CASSEROLE this week for dinner. i haven't had it in awhile.

Lemon/pepper chicken (wonderful)
Reba's Beans (with green beans) Great
Reba's Chunky Chili

I highly recommend all of the above.
